If you find a house you like, call the office 318-747-8469 to schedule a showing. We show property 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, we are closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00pm and weekends. We will bring an application with us to the showing, but you are welcome to print one from our site. Once you decide on a property, please bring in the completed application along with the items listed below to our office located at 2146 Airline Drive, Suite 500 Bossier City, LA 71111:

- Non-Refundable Application Fee - $50.00 Per Application, each additional Applicant $25.00
- Applicants & Occupants - All persons 18 years of age and older MUST apply.
- Security Deposit - UPON APPROVAL DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
NOTE: If you choose to submit your application online please note that the application process will not begin and the desired property will not be held until Dowling receives your certified funds.
BOTH APPLICATION FEE & SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK
It can take up to two business days for us to process an application. The application process includes a credit check, rental or mortgage verification,background check and income verification. We understand that not everyone has perfect credit, so each application is reviewed on a case by case basis.
