MANAGEMENT FEES
MANAGED PROPERTY
Leasing Fees: sixty percent (60%) of the first full month's rent
Management Fee: twelve percent (12%) of each month's rent (including 1st month)
ONE TIME PLACEMENT
One full month's rent-All services performed like the managed property (rental application and process which includes a credit check, background check, rental or mortgage verification and income verification lease, inspection, etc) except the monthly maintenance.
START-UP FEE
If owner has already obtained a tenant, the charge will be $300.00 the first month plus the management fee of 12%. The "old" tenant will be required to sign our lease agreement even if it is month to month. An inspection will be performed on the property also.
MAINTENANCE FEE
Houses not currently managed by Dowling Property Management will be charged a 10% fee for all coordinated work.
